Shipping Rates
We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States. Shipping rates for international orders (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–2 days for tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at nkfrank@live.com  and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 10 days of delivery

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items damaged by misuse

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).
